Outpatient Services

Outpatient services provide individuals with structured addiction treatment while allowing them to maintain daily responsibilities such as work, school, and family commitments. These services vary in intensity based on the level of care needed.

Outpatient Treatment (OP) is a flexible treatment option where individuals attend scheduled therapy sessions, typically a few times per week. This level of care is best suited for those with mild to moderate substance use disorders who have a strong support system and do not require 24/7 supervision. MAT may be incorporated into OP for those who benefit from medication to manage cravings or withdrawal symptoms.

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offer a higher level of care than standard outpatient treatment. Individuals participate in structured therapy sessions several times a week for multiple hours per day, focusing on relapse prevention, coping strategies, and behavioral therapy. IOPs are designed for those who need more support but do not require inpatient treatment.

Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) provide the highest level of outpatient care, often referred to as "day treatment." Individuals attend treatment for several hours each day, multiple days per week, receiving medical monitoring, therapy, and other support services. PHPs are ideal for individuals transitioning from inpatient detox or residential treatment who still require intensive care but can return home at night.

These outpatient services offer flexibility while providing critical support for individuals in recovery, helping them develop long-term strategies for maintaining sobriety.
